International industrial property investor Accolade is expanding its portfolio with a new facility in Upper Silesia, one of the most attractive areas of Poland in terms of industrial and warehouse spaces. The warehouse park in Ruda Śląska will have a total area of 67,000 sqm, nearly half of which is already leased to a single tenant. The investment is valued at 55 million EUR.
“Upper Silesia is an incredibly attractive market that has held a strong position in the warehouse sector since the early days of its development in Poland. We especially value the enormous potential of this location, its infrastructure, and its rich human capital. These factors attract companies looking to do business in this region and expand. We hope that our investments will help them to continue to grow in this market, whilst offering tenants the best conditions for their businesses.” said Jarek Wnuk, managing director of Accolade in Poland.
