ALB Logistics has extended the lease for 3250 sqm of warehouse space in the Silesian Logistics Center Sosnowiec II, which is located near the A4 highway in one of Poland's most important warehouse region. The lease was originally signed in 2018 with BIK S.A. (Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych S.A.).

The location of the Sosnowiec Park is perfect for our business, allowing distribution and transportation not only in the Upper Silesia region, but, due to the excellent transportation system, also in southern Europe. Silesia is the second largest market of warehouse space in Poland with consistent high demand. The next development phase of Sosnowiec Park is located in the region with limited land bank, moreover, the plot has active building permit.
