The latest investment by Accolade, an international investor in industrial real estate, will be located in Świdnik and provide easy access to the Lublin region. It will offer 54 000 sq m of modern warehouse space. The industrial park in Świdnik will consist of two buildings. We have been operating in Lublin for eight years now, since Accolade first came to Poland. Our warehouse park has remained fully leased. New investment in Świdnik is another step towards fulfilling our mission. We are confident that the new park will not only be an attractive location for businesses but will also contribute to the economic development of a region characterized by a great potential and access to skilled workforce - added Wnuk.
