Copper-Joint, an existing tenant in the LCube Szczecin-Goleniów Park, has decided to lease an additional 3,800 sqm of warehouse space. The expansion of the manufacturer of solutions for the energy sector means that the industrial and logistics park located near Szczecin-Goleniów Airport has been 100 percent commercialized.
Before signing the agreement for the additional space, Copper-Joint occupied 5,000 sqm of warehouse space and approximately 170 sqm of office space. Under the new agreement, in addition to the 3,800 sqm of warehouse space, a two-storey external office with a total area of about 200 sqm will be prepared for the Chinese supplier of wind energy solutions and services.
“Our tenant feels at home in Goleniów, where more than 50 investors, including key players in the wind energy industry relevant to Copper-Joint, have established themselves in the Goleniów Technology Park. The new space, like last year’s agreement, will be tailored for light production. To ensure adequate daylight for employees, we plan to enhance the hall’s lighting by installing glazing in the facade,” said Piotr Krawczyk, Senior Leasing Manager at LCube.
Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Singapore, Copper-Joint provides systems and services for the energy sector, including traditional and renewable energy sources, as well as electromobility. A leading OEM supplier for the wind power industry, its clients include Vestas, Siemens, ABB, and Eaton. Active in China, North America, and Europe, Copper-Joint expects its expansion at LCube Szczecin Goleniów to create several new jobs. The park’s location in Łozienica, within the Goleniów Industrial Park, offers the added advantage of proximity to other wind energy companies.
“With the new space at LCube Szczecin Goleniów, we can further advance our activities in Poland related to energy and wind power projects. We plan to launch an additional production line at this location to expand our offerings. LCube has demonstrated reliability as a partner, making the decision to extend our cooperation a natural choice,” said Jayden Deng, COO of Copper-Joint Electric.
The LCube Szczecin Goleniów logistics park is conveniently located near the S3 and S6 expressways and the A6 motorway to Berlin. This prime location enables tenants to efficiently distribute goods within Poland, Scandinavia, Germany, and beyond. The park provides tenants with 11,000 sqm of modern warehouse space and 1,100 sqm of office space.
